Due to the state mandated closure of spas due to the Coronavirus, we have temporarily removed our online scheduling capabilities while we wade through all of the info and figure out the steps we need to take to move forward.
Please read this important information prior to scheduling online:
*When scheduling online you must provide a Credit Card to hold appointment time frame.
*Credit Card will not be charged until time of appointment.
*You may change payment method at time of appointment if you wish to use cash or gift cards.
*Credit Card will automatically be charged for full amount of appointment if no show occurs.
**You will receive a confirmation email if your appointment was processed correctly.
If you DO NOT receive a confirmation, your appointment most likely was not processed correctly and
you DO NOT have an appointment scheduled.
Please call our spa (or email if after spa hours) if you do not receive your confirmation and
we will make sure we get you scheduled properly.

If you're unsure of spa etiquette, the anticipation of what happens during your visit to a spa could cause some stress. We want your trip to our spa to be a relaxing and rejuvenating one,
so the following information will help you understand and get more familiar with spa protocol.
BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT
We require a credit card to hold your reservation. Credit Card is not charged until time of appointment, unless a no-show occurs, where at that time payment will be charged in full. If you plan on paying cash or using a gift card for appointment we will still require a Credit Card to hold your scheduled time slot. When coming to our spa for the first time it is best to go to our location/contact page for directions. Late arrivals will result in shortened service timeframe.
PLEASE GIVE US 24 HOUR NOTICE IF UNABLE TO KEEP YOUR APPOINTMENT. If you know you're not going to make it, please be courteous and let the spa know as soon as possible. Your therapist has reserved this time especially for you and last minute cancellations or no-shows can result in loss of income for them. NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED IN FULL.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, Amex, personal checks, and cash. We also accept Spa Finder gift cards, West Coast Cash, along with Salubrity Vida Gift Certificates.
CHECKING IN AND OUT
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment. This allows ample time for each guest to check in, use the rest room, and begin to unwind. We strive to keep appointments on schedule so if you arrive late and the room or therapist is booked after your session, your session may have to be shortened or rescheduled.
After your treatment, we'll allow you a few minutes to relax, stretch, take a few deep breaths, and stabilize before getting up from the table. But please keep in mind that the room will most likely be needed for the next client within 10 minutes of your service ending.When your spa treatments are completed, you will be checked out at the reception desk.
The best way to receive a massage or other bodywork is to be unclothed. However, we never require you to be naked if it makes you uncomfortable. Our therapists are trained in the "art of draping." They will leave the treatment room while you get under the sheet on the table, keep you covered at all times except for the area of the body they are working on, and will leave the treatment room before you get up from the table.
Please understand that our spa is a very professional establishment and we require that clients remain covered, polite and respectful towards our massage therapists at all times. We reserve the right to refuse business to anyone who abuses our policies.
Your treatment is all about you, and we want you to thoroughly enjoy your experience. Please be sure to communicate preferences to your therapist - the amount of pressure, temperature of massage table, whether you
want conversation or silence. If you don't tell your therapist, she will not know if you're uncomfortable.
Please let your provider or staff member know immediately if you are uncomfortable for any reason. Our goal is for your experience to be positive, and corrections can only be made if we are made aware of a problem at the time of service.
Gratuities are not included in our prices but are gladly accepted. Calculate the amount of your tip as you would in a restaurant - between 15-20%, but you may, of course, leave more or less, depending on the quality of the service. If leaving a cash tip, it's more convenient to leave it in the small envelopes available at the desk when you check out rather than giving it directly to the therapist (who may not be available at the time).
Because the day spa environment should be a tranquil and stress-reducing experience, we request that cell phones and pagers be turned off or put on mute before entering the spa.

Although we try to disguise outside interference with music, fountains and sound-absorbent walls, loud voices and noises do filter through. We ask that you please be mindful of others enjoying their treatments, and try to keep voices at a low volume.
